Why You Should Do Your Own Oil Changes
It was the beginning of my 2nd year owning and operating a motorcycle, a 1982 CB450T Hawk. Still in the honeymoon phase, I loved everything about it. I loved riding it, I loved the way it looked, and I loved working on it. It was the spring/early summer and according to the odometer, time to change the oil. I had done it twice before successfully so the third time would be a lot smoother. (as if!)

One man’s search for self-worth, self-identity and a self-serve gas station in the states that accepts Canadian debit cards.
Story by Vincenza
Dedicated to all the insects we have loved and lost.
Once upon a time a teacher in elementary school told me that all great stories begin with ‘once upon a time’ – which is the only reason this story does. And that is the dump trucks that travel up the DVP around the same time I do. They kick up so much dirt or spray dirt from the back that I can tell I am coming up to a dump truck even if it’s a couple kilometers ahead of me. My lovely facial… A little grimy but never need to exfoliate at home…

When Americans think of Germany, they imagine blonde, pig-tailed, cowbell ringing farmer's daughters serving gallon-sized beer mugs to Lederhosen-wearing yodelers against a backdrop of fairytale castles, snow-covered mountains and the distant sound of alp horns ...

Whenever and wherever riding enthusiasts congregate and discuss the best places to ride, the old standards like the Pacific Coast Highway, Cabot Trail and Deal’s Gap come up often. I recently started hearing about another one lately that had me intrigued - The Lake Superior Circle Tour. The subject of perhaps the most famous Canadian ballad of all time, Gordon Lightfoot’s song about an ill-fated ship named the Edmund Fitzgerald and its 29 crew members warns of the peril such a treacherous body of water can hold.
